Swallowed Star Movie Release Confirmed: Shi Feng Brothers and Luo Feng’s Epic Showdown
Expected of any other Chinese animation, Swallowed Star finally released its very first feature-length movie! Although it will not be shown in the cinema, its production quality is still very nice. We truly thought we would never wait for the Blood Luo Continent Arc, but to hell—just two months after the announcement, they started huge promotions! From scene models to character reveals, there is much to look forward to. Let’s get into it.

Movie Release Date Announced!
Starting from the National Day holiday, the official Swallowed Star Weibo account has been on fire, publishing daily updates on movie-related information. They have been teasing us with scene modelings of Eclipse Palace, Yan Gang City’s City Lord’s Mansion, Blood Luo Wilderness, and even the Blood Palace! The detail is surely at movie level, and at the sight of blood, fans have gone wild, thinking it is an omen that the release date is close.
And now it’s official: the Blood Luo Continent arc movie is coming this October! They haven’t announced the exact date yet, but from all indications, it’s going to be a late October release. That makes a modicum of sense, considering the original storyline—once the final match of Genius War finishes, the Blood Luo Continent arc is next in sequence.
Shi Feng Brothers
Well, after months of teasing, we finally got a look at some of the characters first, starting with the Shi Feng brothers, and these two are from the Blood Luo tribe. Shi Feng Xiong is the city lord of Yan Gang City, while his younger brother Shi Feng Zhan is the commander, and both of them are domain-level powerhouses.
Shi Feng Xiong, at the least, can be described as truck-shaped: his figure is gigantic, with tribal tattoos across his body; he’s clad in metal armor, but the idea across is more primitive—trial chief, with a crown and earthy decorations that scream power. Oh, and let’s not forget that he’s carrying twin giant axes—this guy doesn’t play around.
Little brother Shi Feng Zhan has the same mold of features but carries nowhere near as much bulk as that of Shi Feng Xiong. He is still fully armored and tattooed in the same tribal warrior fashion, just nowhere as strong. This basically makes him less imposing than his older sibling; however, Shi Feng Zhan is unruly and brazen, making him potentially just as dangerous.
Luo Feng Beats Them Up
Shi Feng brothers have ruled Yan Gang City with their iron hands and run amok with each household, getting away with murder. Especially, Shi Feng Zhan is notorious for his capturing activities—he catches people, then tortures them if they can’t pay up. People of Yan Gang City have suffered so much for a pretty long time.
That is where Luo Feng comes in. His mission? Finding the Blood Luo Stone, which, through his investigation, is in the hands of the Shi Feng brothers. To Luo Feng, this was the perfect case of killing two birds with one stone: free the citizens and complete his mission. Under the cover of night, Luo Feng snuck into the City Lord Mansion and took Shi Feng Zhan down first, and later Shi Feng Xiong. The fight against Shi Feng Xiong was tougher; however, Luo Feng outsmarted him with his Mo Sha Clan doppelgänger because it forced Shi Feng Xiong to show his core.
