The super popular Chinese web novel Heaven Official’s Blessing by the famous author Maoni, known for hits like Joy of Life and The Outcast, is finally getting its own anime adaptation! The series is set to drop on October 10th on Bilibili, kicking off with three episodes on launch day, followed by new ones every Thursday at noon.
Set in the magical world of the Skyward Continent, the story revolves around Jing Jiu, a laid-back swordsman living a quiet life in a small village. One day, he takes in a kid named Liu Shisui as his apprentice. While Jing Jiu might seem pretty ordinary, his choice to take Liu, a super talented prodigy, as his servant shocks everyone when they head to the Qingshan Sect.
During the Sword Trial Conference, Jing Jiu also meets Zhao Layue, a mysterious girl from Shenmo Peak. Even though Jing Jiu prefers a chill life of cultivation, destiny has other plans, pulling them into the intense world of martial arts and sect rivalries. And trust me, under the heavens, the path to Qingshan Mountain is closer than you think!
